Former Ruian Lean Standard Parts Factory

(1990)

Partnering with Jincheng Motorcycle and Jinan Qingqi, this marks their first entry into the motorcycle parts industry.

(2005)

Zhejiang Huameiou Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.

(2007)

Certified by ISO/TS16949 international quality management system

(2010)

Jiangsu Baote Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established.

(2020)

Passed the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System recertification audit and obtained high-tech enterprise certification.

(2021)

In March, Zhejiang Baoert Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established and passed CNAS national laboratory certification. In September, the first internal team for the new energy project was established. In August, internal projects for the new energy product line were approved. In November, the land application for the Wenzhou factory passed the government's preliminary review.

(2022)

In January, the Wenzhou factory received government approval, and the Jiangsu factory's new energy workshop was completed. In March, the Jiangsu factory's new energy workshop achieved initial production and testing capabilities. In May, internal production construction was basically completed, process control and quality systems were implemented, and customer and potential supplier reviews were passed.

New energy product line planning completed in January

Trial production began in February; formal production commenced in August; and the three management systems (management, accounting, and project management) certifications were obtained in November.
